music sort of rules my world

I started my internship last night. awesome awesome awesome!! I had such a good time. we were at Goodnight Gracie's. there was a band playing and I got to work with two other interns and I met Jimi James, he does mornings at the station. good stuff. he was really nice. when I worked at other stations the jocks were flat out dicks. they thought the world was all about them. it was bullshit.

I woke up kinda early (8:30) this morning, check my email and what do I see? a reminder from brucespringsteen.com that Bruce and the e Street Band will be on the Today Show this morning! I was afraid that I'd missed it and I didn't. good stuff. the band was supposed to play for 30 minutes and yeah, they played for and hour and a freaking half! glorious glorious times. sigh, Bruce Springsteen is such a fine piece of ass (57 year old ass, but fine either way)

this weekend is going to be fun. I work Saturday morning. a promotion for the station, then home for a bit for some football, then off to my brother's. Scott is having his annual Fall BBQ. that's always a good time. Sunday I have a wedding shower and I must do some homework and Drew and I may take Harlo to the Cider Mill

~ooohh speaking of Harlo. she hurt her paw today. she was really bloody and just not herself. Drew took her to the vet and she has to get stiches. poor little girl. we are going to have to spoil our ittle miss when she comes home

ok. I'm in class and I need to study for my Logic quiz

so I'm sitting here watching (listening to) Law & Order: SVU and watching Harlo show Drew how much she loves him. she just stuck her nose in my face. Harlo loves me too......

I'm pretty excited for the rest of this week. I start my new gig at a radio station tomorrow and I have a meeting at school for the bowling league at school. I may be a dork, but I am so excited!! I hope we get shirts. nothing rocks more then bowling shirts

I'll have to write more tomorrow after my bowling meeting. I am sooooo freaking excited
